Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
On this website we ship to the 45 contiguous states within the United States.
No delivery to PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto Rico.
What's your shipping fee?
Free shipping is available for all products :)
When will I receive my item?
The shipment time is 1-2 business days.
Depending on circumstances like distance, local holidays, and any other external factors outside of FURNULEM’s, and courier’s control, delivery takes 5-10 days.
* All information regarding the delivery duration is estimated. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on a specific day.
What happens if the item delivered damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress via our carrier’s website.
What if I filled in the wrong order information but I've already placed the order?
We are here to help youl! You can contact us. Our professional customer care team will do everything we can to accommodate your changes!

What if I've placed an order but heard nothing?
Usually, you'll receive an "Order Confirmation" email within 30 minutes after placing your order. If you heard nothing after 30 minutes, please check your spam box or check your credit card or PayPal account to see if the payment has been successful.
You can also log in to your account to check your order status in "My Orders".

Return & Refunds
How can I return my order?
We accept returns for a refund within 30 days of successful delivery. Please log in your account and request a return in "My Orders". Or, you can contact our customer service team via email citing the order number, contact information, and reasons (attaching photos if necessary). We'll be happy to assist with your return.
What's the return cost?
The return fee depends on the weight and size of the package. For returns due to customer regret, such as the item does not fit, do not like the color, change of mind, wrong order, purchased elsewhere, etc., the return fee will be borne by the customer. If there are any problems after receiving the product, please contact our customer service for a solution.
How long is my order warranty?
Each Furnulem Shopper enjoys a 12-month Quality and friendly after-sales service.

How can I pay for my order?
Currently, we accept all major credit cards including Visa Credit, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

How do I use my promo code?
Enter your code at the checkout. Please note: only one code can be used per order.
If you are using a discount code given by registration or subscription, please enter the associated email address when placing your order and for the discount code to be valid.
What should I do if I forget to use the discount code when I place an order?
Please contact our Customer Service and we will advise on the best solution.
How do I place my first order?
First of all, a warm welcome to Furnulem.
You can create an account by clicking the Account icon in the top right corner of the homepage. Alternatively, you can browse and place orders as a guest.
Once you have found something you want to buy, you can add it to your shopping basket and proceed to checkout. If you have a promotional code, remember to use it at checkout.
