1. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high volume periods, such as sales events or holidays, processing times may be longer.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress via our carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Area

Right now, we only ship to the US (except Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Puerto, etc).

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
